Wide Variety of Clients:
We provide our picture framing service to a wide variety of clients, including private households, offices, hotels, retail, restaurants, artists and galleries. See here for example customers.
Quality Picture Framing
All of our custom picture frames are handmade, crafted and assembled with care by our own trained staff. Our quality wooden picture frames look and feel luxurious to the touch, and are built to last using sturdy under-pinned corners.

Our made-to-measure picture frames are produced using a quality controlled process that combines craftsmanship and precision picture framing machinery. The end product is that your art will be protected and beautifully displayed, for your home, exhibition or office.
Front of the Picture Frame - Glazing Options
We offer three glazing options for our bespoke picture frames.

Natural Glass (standard option). This is the most common glazing used for our picture frames. Given the fragile nature of glass, this is available when the customer collects the finished picture frames from our picture framing shop in East London; or if we hand deliver the picture frames (within London, for which additional delivery fee applies)

Acrylic Glazing (optional extra). A safety acrylic (styrene) glazing can be used instead of glass, for a small additional fee. Some customers prefer to use acrylic glazing instead of glass for health and safety reasons (as it reduces the risk of injury if the picture frame falls and the glass shatters) and makes it easier if customers need to transport their picture frames. We also use acrylic glazing if the picture frames are to be delivered by a courier service (UK delivery service available, explained further below).

Non Reflective Glass (optional extra). A Non-Reflective Glass can be used instead of glass, for a small additional fee. The picture framing glass is acid etched to give a non-glare, diffused finish. This causes the light to break up and so minimise reflections. Given the fragile nature of glass, this is available when the customer collects the finished picture frames from our picture framing shop in East London; or if we hand deliver the picture frames (within London, for which additional delivery fee applies)
Back of the Picture Frame - All Fittings Included
Our bespoke picture frames include a removable backing board (fibreboard), appropriate fixings on the back of the frame, quality wall fixings and removable frame corner protectors.
How do I fit the artwork inside the frame
Some customers fit the artwork inside the picture frame themselves. You just open up the picture frame (we won't seal up the back of the picture frame), insert your artwork/picture/photo/document into the picture frame, position and fix with appropriate tape, and then hang the picture frame on your wall.

Other customers send us their artwork/pictures (either in person at our framing studio in East London, or by sending in the post). We then can take care of professionally fitting the print inside the picture frame for you, using conservation quality tapes. We then seal up the back of the picture frame for you using gummed paper tape (this helps prevent dust getting into the frame).
Where do you deliver your bespoke picture frames to?

Option 1: Hand Delivery In London / South East.
We offer a hand delivery service for picture frames using our own vans (price varies by postcode, please ask for a quote).

Option 2: Collection from our London Showroom.
Customers can also drop off pictures to be framed, and collect the finished frames, from our picture framing studio in East London. Please see here for our opening hours and address.

Option 3: UK Delivery by Courier.
We can also arrange for picture frames to be sent anywhere in the UK using a national courier service. Due to the fragile nature of picture frames and glass, we only send out frames using acrylic glazing (rather than glass) with national couriers.

A picture hanging service is also available in London/South East if required - click here to read more
