Rent / Hire Plinths & Pedestals

We rent / hire the following 3 types of plinths & pedestals for use at indoor events and exhibitions. Our rental clients include galleries, artists, event organisers, PR & advertising, schools & art colleges, auctions and trade exhibitions. Our rental plinths & pedestals are all freshly painted and hand delivered to reach your event on time and in pristine condition.

1) Rent / Hire Square Pedestals: Rental fees start from just £46 inc VAT for one week (including hand delivery and collection)

2) Rent / Hire Square Plinths: Rental fees start from just £46 inc VAT for one week (including hand delivery and collection)

3) Rent / Hire Hollow Pedestals: Rental fees start from just £46 inc VAT for one week (including hand delivery and collection)

How Renting / Hiring Plinths & Pedestals Works?

a) Minimum number of plinths & pedestals to be rented / hired: 5

Note this can be a mixture of different types and sizes of plinths & pedestals.

b) Where do you rent / hire plinths & pedestals: Greater London (within the M25)

Note if you are based outside of Greater London, please contact us with your needs and we will quote for the additional delivery/collection fee (to cover the extra fuel and travel time costs).

c) Rental Fees (including delivery and collection in Greater London):

The table below sets out the rental / hiring fee per pedestal/plinth, for different rental periods (from 1 week to 6 months) and heights of the pedestals/plinths (30cm, 60cm, 90cm and 120cm).

The rental / hire fees include hand delivery/collection of the plinths/pedestals in Greater London (within the M25). Note we don't use courier companies to deliver plinths/pedestals for rental, because the plinths/pedestals are heavy and fragile. Rather by hand delivering and collecting the plinths/pedestals, using our own trained staff and vehicles, we ensure the plinths/pedestals reach our rental clients on time and in prestine condition. Also, when we deliver we unwrap the plinths/pedestals so you can check everything before we leave (unlike most courier companies, we don't just drop some boxes off at reception and then leave in a hurry!)

d) Lead Times and Availability:

• We hold a good stock of plinths & pedestals ready for immediate rental, that can usually be delivered within 4-5 working days in Greater London (within the M25)
• If we don't have the plinths & pedestals in stock, then our lead time is usually 2-3 weeks (as the plinths & pedestals will need to be hand made for you).
• If you have an important event or exhibition that you need to rent / hire a lot of plinths & pedestals for, we suggest you contact us at least 3 weeks in advance so we can guarantee the plinths & pedestals are ready for you in time.

e) Rent before you buy:

At any time during the rental period, you can decide to purchase the plinth/pedestal. You just pay the difference between the rental fee (already paid) and equivalent purchase cost (as shown on this website). This gives rental clients flexibility, so if you decide to purchase the plinth/pedestal, no additional costs are incurred (i.e. you can rent / hire for free before deciding to buy).
