^ For the Extra Large Parcel (>1.5m) UK Mainland delivery services, a minimum order value of £80 exc VAT is required for the £19.90 price. For orders less than £80, a delivery surcharge of £5 will apply to help cover the high courier and packaging costs for sending out such long items, thus taking the total delivery to £24.90. Note couriers charge us more than £24.90 to send out extra large items - this is because couriers have to manually handle long items as they cannot go on conveyor belts.
** Minimum Order Value of £200 exc VAT. Excludes all rental products, art display panel screens and acoustic art panels (due to weight restrictions)
2) Free Collection from our London Showroom
For some of our products, you also have the option to collect your order directly from our London showroom, at 353 Roman Road, Bethnal Green, E3 5QR. Just select this delivery option in the shopping cart, and our team will then contact you when your order is packaged up and ready for collection. Please see our Contact Us page for our address and opening hours.
3) Special Delivery Services Available.
Within UK Mainland, our standard courier services are normally delivered 2-3 working days from order, between 9am to 530pm from Monday to Friday. For an additional delivery fee, we can upgrade to a guaranteed next day morning delivery (by 10am or by 12 noon), and also offer a Saturday morning delivery. The extra delivery fee will vary depending on the weight/size of the order.

4) Do you delivery to Scottish Highlands, Channel/Offshore Islands, and Northern Ireland?
Yes we do, although as our couriers charge us significantly more to send out to these areas, an additional delivery surcharge will apply and delivery may take a few days longer. Please Contact Us with your needs, including the products and quantities that you’d like to order, and we will email you a quote for the delivery costs.
5) Do you export your products to other countries?
Yes, we use reputable international courier companies to regularly export to many countries around the world, including to Europe, USA and Canada. A minimum export order value of £500 exc VAT will apply.
For our popular Picture Hanging Rail Systems, we now have a distribution centre based in The Netherlands which allows for easier and cheaper shipments of these products to all EU countries (post Brexit). Minimum quantities of 10 items (per product line) and minimum total order value of £200 applies to all EU orders.
