By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

With our 10 Day No Quibble Returns Policy, you can return unwanted or faulty goods to us for a refund (less the delivery costs).

The above returns policy does not apply to rental products or for bespoke products, such as acoustic art panels, made-to-measure picture frames/mounts, or printed artwork. Separate terms and conditions apply, please ask.
